Shipping & Returns
- Shipping inside the Continental US: Your purchase will be shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail with delivery confirmation only. Shipping and handling charge is $10 for 1/43 scale cars, $14 for 1/18 scale cars. Please allow 7-10 business days from the shipping date to receive your package.
- Shipping and handling to Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Alaska via US AirMail is $12.
- Shipping outside the US (Canada, Mexico, Carribean, and Latin America): Via US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail only. Since we have had so many problems with the regular US AirMail, we have to choose Priority Mail only. We apologize as it is more expensive, but keep in mind that it is much safer and faster.
- For Tecnomodel EU customers, shipping and handling will be done in Italy and the charge is €19.95.
- Shipping and handling to Asia, and Australia: $26 for 1/43 scale cars, and $32 for 1/18 scale cars.

- Be advised that we are not responsible for taxes and duties that each country will charge for the items we ship. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check on their country's tax and import duties.
- US sales tax: All ship-to addresses in California will incur 9.25% California Sales Tax as required by state law.
- Returns: Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. We have a 30-day no-hassle guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us, and we will credit you or exchange the item, no questions asked.
